Comedian/Actor Charlie Murphy was pretty much an unknown until his hilarious appearances on Chappelle’s Show. Before then, he was mostly known as Eddie Murphy’s brother — if even that. Although no big star, Charlie is a successful guy. He even tours all over the place doing stand-up.
That brings me to my next thought. My friend Steve is very much an excellent cook/baker. Whether it’s chili or desserts, it’s all goooood. However, his brother is a culinary arts master, having mastered his skills through years of schooling. Although I’ve never had the brother’s food (he lives in Maryland, and Steve and I are on the west coast), I’m certain it’s quite excellent as well.
Logic would rank the brother’s cooking ahead of Steve’s, but that’s nothing against Steve. I’m not gonna compare Charlie to Eddie, but Charlie is definitely a talent too.
