Discovery Zone, prior to bankruptcy, was a chain of entertainment facilities featuring games and elaborate indoor mazes designed for young children — including slides, climbing play structures, and ball pits. There were at least a couple of these places around on Long Island, where I grew up.
I’m 27 now, but mazes, slides, climbing stuff, and ball pits sounds like just as much fun. I would set up the same thing, but just build it to scale for adults. Of course alcohol would be served as well.
Regulating would be easy too. You just wouldn’t be allowed to bring your drink into the playing areas is all. In order to make sure everyone is behaving, you just put a couple of bouncer type people in the playing areas to prevent injury, fights, stupidity, vomitting, etc.
